The brand and portal were established by the City Municipality of Maribor after the Maribor – European Youth Capital 2013 project, and since 2015 the portal has been managed by the Youth Cultural Centre Maribor (MKC Maribor). The Flemish Parliament is the representative body of the Flemish people.
