European Peddy Paper &Methodology Manual

Participants from the partner countries met in Brussels to visit key European Union institutions – the European Parliament, the visitors’ centre of the European Council and Council of the EU, the European Committee of the Regions and the European Economic and Social Committee.

The objective is to enhance participants’ comprehension of the European Union and instil a sense of connection to broader political structures. In Brussels, young people were part of a Legislative Theatre workshop to come together in a creative process to identify, develop and create a performance for the development of new legislation building on the knowledge and insights acquired in all the previous activities.

The provisional agenda for the 5 days of the European Peddy Paper was;

#1: European Parliament, the visitors’ centre of the European Council and Council of the EU;

#2: European Committee of the Regions and the European Economic and Social Committee;

#3 to #5 – Legislative Theatre Workshop

During the visits to the key European Union institutions participants will have to look for the answers for a set of questions or tasks corresponding to the different institution, the content of the Get Political 101 Guide and the main insights of the Political Talks.
