The initiatives and/or proposals include the identification of areas, operating methods, cost quantification, measures, and implementation options. The activities described above may also be undertaken based on opportunities for obtaining resources and grants represented by the Extra-Municipal Funds Programming Area and based on any needs expressed by the Administration’s governing body and/or the Administrators.
